Titan Project

These terms apply to the interactive creative tools operated by Titan Project — anywhere you can upload or submit an image, audio clip, text, or other file (for example, emote and overlay creators, guide submissions, and similar tools).
You represent that, to the best of your knowledge, Your Content is your own work, or that you otherwise hold all rights and permissions necessary to submit it. You confirm it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and that you are legally permitted to share it.
By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process Your Content in order to operate the tool, and to reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content to promote, market, and advertise this and our related tools — for example, showcasing example creations, screenshots, or outputs. We will not sell Your Content to third parties.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Your Content to us. You keep all rights you had before submitting it, subject only to the license above.
If you don’t want a specific piece of Your Content used in promotion, or you believe content infringes your rights, email [email protected] and we’ll remove it from promotional use within a reasonable period.
The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tools or your submission of Your Content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a tool after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Titan Project
Effective September 10, 2026
This policy covers the same Titan Project creative tools as the terms above — including the tools that publish clips and other media to accounts you connect yourself. It does not cover health or clinical software, which is governed separately.
Titan Project is operated by an individual, not a company. Questions, requests, and deletion demands all go to one place: [email protected].
Content you submit. Files you upload to a tool — images, audio, video, text — are stored so the tool can process and return them.
Basic operational logs. Our servers record ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, and requested URL, which is used to keep the service running and secure.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cross-site cookies.
Some tools can publish media to a YouTube channel you own. That is entirely optional, and nothing happens until you complete Google’s own consent screen and approve it.
When you do, we request only the narrow permissions needed to upload and manage videos on your behalf. We do not request, read, or store your viewing history, subscriptions, comments, contacts, email, or any other Google data beyond what is required to publish the media you asked us to publish.
The resulting access and refresh tokens are stored on hardware we control, in files whose permissions restrict them to the operator’s account. They are never transmitted to any third party, and are used only to perform the uploads you have set up.
Tools that publish to YouTube use YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can review and revoke this application’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revoking access immediately stops any further uploads.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your content or account data to train machine-learning models. The only disclosure we would ever make is one the law actually compels.
Uploaded content is kept while the tool needs it and while it remains useful to you. Account tokens are kept until you revoke access or ask us to remove them. Operational logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
Ask us to delete anything of yours and we will, without argument.
Traffic to these tools is served over HTTPS, and credentials are kept in permission-restricted files on hardware we own rather than with a third-party provider. That said, these are small self-hosted tools, not a bank — no system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so plainly than imply a guarantee we cannot make.
These tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes to how connected-account data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
